This spacious and comfortable villa, facing south, has about 300 m2 of living space, surrounded by a landscaped garden. The total area of ​​the plot is about 800m and is surrounded by a stone wall with a metal fence.
Spacious glazed living spaces overlooking the sea - living room, dining room, kitchen with access to a large terrace are located on the middle floor with an area of ​​​​approximately 150 m2. On the same floor there is also a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with household appliances and dishes. From the dining room and living room there is access to a large terrace (54m2) overlooking the sea, where there is a barbecue and a large table with chairs as an outdoor dining room.
On the upper floor of 150 m2 there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are master rooms with access to a large terrace. Each room has its own bathroom and a fantastic sea view.
The recreation area is next to the pool. There is billiards and exercise equipment.

So you can enjoy beautiful weather and warm sea almost all year round. The average summer temperature is 27.8 °C, the water temperature is 26 °C. Korcula is also one of the most densely forested islands in the Adriatic.
The town of Korcula is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean, with city walls from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries built around the old town. The town was founded as early as the 10th century (Constantine Porphyrogenet). The regularity of its building plan is unique in the Mediterranean. The famous sailor and merchant Marco Polo was born in Korcula in 1254. In the town there are numerous historical sights (cathedral, city walls with towers, town hall, birthplace of Marco Polo and others). Vela Luka is the largest town on the island, 15 km from the villa. The town has many shops, a shopping center, many restaurants with a rich offer of Mediterranean specialties and local wines that are world famous. In summer many cultural and entertainment events take place. On the hill above Vela Luka there is Vela spilja - a well-known archaeological site from the Stone Age, the finds of which can be seen in the local museum. In Vela Luka there is also a large marina.
