The villa features two spacious living rooms, a large garden-level bedroom with one double and two single beds, a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed, and three bedrooms upstairs: two with double beds, and one with a bunk bed (two singles) plus an additional single bed. There is a bathroom, a shower room, and three WCs.



Enjoy a private terrace and a lovely enclosed garden with direct access to Parc Fenestre. A storage room for skis and bikes is available. The villa offers a private gated parking space for one vehicle and free street parking nearby. Hiking trails start close to the property. Free Wi-Fi is provided.



Shuttle buses to the Sancy slopes are 300 m away: daily during Christmas and February school holidays, and on weekends in January and March.



Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Towels, bed linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee. If you do not choose the cleaning option, please leave the property clean on departure.
