Located in Royan, the holiday apartment Wonderful Studio Facing the Sea offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 people. This 24 m² studio includes a living room, a kitchen, an extremely comfortable 140 cm wall bed, which I leave open in the room for extra comfort, as well as a bathroom. Additional amenities include a television and a washing machine. A parking space is available for a small car, and free parking is also possible on the street. Pets, smokers, and event celebrations are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. The building is equipped with an elevator.
