You have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, garden, and outdoor shower. The pool will be out of service from October 12 to November 3 for maintenance. The property is located close to the beach.



Free parking is available on the street and there is one parking space in the garage. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Bicycles are provided. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay; in case of violation of the house rules, appropriate measures may be taken.
