Apartment

The apartment consists of a 1-storey outbuilding and is located in a quiet, idyllic and yet relatively central location (5 minutes to the harbor at Prerowstrom and PENNY and 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach). In the apartment you will not be disturbed by noise from neighboring apartments or noise from outside!

The parking lot is right next to the outbuilding. From the parking lot you go through a garden gate into the associated fenced garden area

(approx. 200 square meters incl. outbuilding) with 2 private terraces.

The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, a living room, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a separate boiler room with gas boiler. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and hot water boiler. The living room has a leather corner sofa, a glass cabinet with glasses and a 50 inch TV.

The large bedroom contains 1 double bed (1.8 x 2 m) and the small bedroom contains 2 single beds (0.9 x 2 m)

Garden furniture with cushions and 1 barbecue are available for the terraces.
