The house is located in the small, old, quiet village near Pula, in a quiet environment, not far from beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea. The heart of the house is the refreshing pool, which is for your use only. Sun loungers and outdoor shower by the pool. The house is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room with a pull-out sofa, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The stairs lead to the first floor, where a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony dominate. Two pleasant terraces, next to it the grill where you can prepare your favorite dishes. The house is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and LCD television with satellite programs. The house with garden is fully fenced. Private parking space directly in front of the house in a fenced area. Several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
