All four vacation apartments are modern and practically furnished and cover a total of 314 m² over several floors. All apartments are generously furnished and are therefore also suitable for longer-term rentals. In addition to the comfortable furnishings inside, the outdoor area also offers plenty of space and scope for relaxation. The 1000 m² garden with garden furniture, sunbathing lawn with sun loungers, barbecue area with its own smoking oven, a lockable bicycle shed and parking spaces are also available

The small town of Waren in the heart of Mecklenburg in the land of 1000 lakes has been a recognized water and climatic health resort since 2013 and bears the title Heil-Bad-Waren (Müritz). Such a title sets high expectations.

The "Villa Zwick" is located on the edge of the old town of Waren (Müritz) in a central yet quiet location with a view of the Binnen - Müritz in a southerly direction directly on Kietzstraße.

Since the Kietzstraße has been relieved by other extensive and completed traffic solutions, this is an ideal and very quiet location.

It is only a few steps to the city center. The Volksbad, one of several bathing beaches in Waren (Müritz), can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

A medical center (with pediatrician) is in the immediate vicinity, a dialysis center is about 300 m away.

There is a Raiffeisen bank in the neighboring house to the right.

The nature experience center "Müritzeum" is 80 m away in the direction of the old town of Waren (Müritz).

Just across the street to the south is the Kietzbrücke with a small, well-kept park and boat and ship moorings of the Weiße Flotte. Fresh air right on the spot, so to speak.
