Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the villa Casa Raymond with step-free access and interior is located in Maçanet de la Selva. The 105 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, bask in the lush garden, unwind on the open terrace, find shade on the covered terrace, savor grilled delights on the barbecue, and rinse off in the outdoor shower.

There is a convenience shop in the village, just 2 minutes from the house. A member's card for the public swimming pool in the village is included (there is a bar, a coffee shop, and several events at that location).

The nearest beach, at Lloret de Mar, is 20 minutes away. The charming little village of Tossa de Mar is 30 minutes away. The house is close to Girona airport (20 minutes).

2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

The house has a small electric heater, a fireplace in the living room, and fans.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

The property has motorbike and bicycle storage.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Guests must be minimum 25 years old.

If the check-out instructions (leaving dirty sheets and towels in the bathroom, emptying the dishwasher, removing food scraps from the refrigerator, and taking out the trash) are not followed, a charge will be applied to the deposit.
