The 50 m² apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a sofa bed for two in the living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a modern bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a barbecue, perfect for spending time together on your private terrace or in the shared garden.



Upon arrival, you will receive your personal "MeineCardPlus" guest card, giving you free access to numerous leisure activities such as swimming pools, ice skating, and cable cars. Public transport is also included with the card.



The apartment is designed to save energy and water, helping to protect the environment. Instructions for proper waste separation are provided. Parking spaces are available, and you can securely store motorcycles and bicycles. Events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed indoors.
