The villa Casa Descansa, which is situated in Salobreña, overlooks the nearby sea. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning in both the living room and the bedrooms, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool (which can be heated for an extra fee), an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue.

The property is a 5-minute drive from Salobreña, and only 10 minutes from Almuñécar and Motril. Granada can be reached in less than an hour's drive.

Please note that in order to comply with Spanish rental laws (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests of 14 years of age or older will be required to provide identification (passport or identity card) information, home address, contact phone number and email address. The information should be provided to the property managers via the email contact details provided. Please note that failure to provide this information will result in denial of access to the property.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Out of consideration for the neighbours, the urbanisation Monte de los Almendros has strict noise regulations. No disturbing noise, including music, is allowed after 12 noon and during siesta hours.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
