Guest house
About This Property
Although our holiday apartment is still under construction, we are already receiving a lot of inquiries.
You will therefore initially stay in the first two completed bedrooms of the holiday apartment. During your stay, the construction site will of course be closed and your area can be locked.
The large "Rainforest" bedroom has a king-size double bed, the second room "Savannah" has a single bed. In both rooms there is enough storage space for clothes and luggage. Of course, you will also receive bed linen and towels. You use free WiFi, a 42" TV with streaming services. Your car can be parked on the property. In the large garden you can use the grill, trampoline, deck chairs and beach chair. On the terrace, lounge furniture or a dining table invite you to enjoy the greenery.
You use the toilet and shower (separate, located on the ground floor) together with the landlord. You are welcome to share the hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. For a tea or coffee in the morning, simply sit down at the dining area on the ground floor or on the terrace.
You live in the house of a Kenyan painter. So it is not surprising that the accommodation takes you a little way to East Africa: With fabrics and patterns, we were inspired by the African life enjoyment and culture. Peter's pictures with African and abstract motifs decorate the entire house. The holiday rooms are also a tribute to sustainability: almost all of the furnishings were already discarded and are now given a second life with us. They are modern and colorful. It's hard to believe that only the mattresses and the wardrobe shelves are new. We hope that you like the style, that everything is comfortable and functional for you and that subsequent holiday guests will also enjoy it for a long time.
The house is located in the municipality of Hatten. Located directly on the city border with Oldenburg, you can quickly get to the center and the train station with the city bus, which is a 5-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is also not far away (15 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car). The Oldenburg-East highway junction (A28 and A29) and the Hatten (A28) and Sandkrug (A29) exits are about 10 minutes away by car.
