About This Property
The exteriors of the house are perfect to enjoy the good weather on the island. After spending the day in the fantastic Cala Pi, nothing better than cooling off in the fabulous chlorine pool that measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth that ranges from 0.9 to 1.8 meters. The house is located in the center of the urbanization and has neighbours on the sides.
The beautiful house has one floor and presents a classic and cozy style. The living-dining room has satellite TV and space for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and offers a ceramic hob. Also in the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Our guests will be able to rest in 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other 2 with 2 single beds each. There is another bathroom with shower in the house. Lastly, a cot and a highchair are available if you are travelling with your baby.
The house is located in the heart of the small urbanization of Cala Pi where you will find a supermarket and restaurant. For more services, you will have to drive to sa Ràpita or Llucmajor. But the best thing about the location is that the house is by the sea and a few minutes walk from the beautiful cove with turquoise waters and fine sand. From here begins a wonderful cliff with incredible views. You can also visit the prehistoric town of Talaiot Capocorp Vell, declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1931.
Important information
-We cannot accept guests under 30 years, unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
-Pets are not allowed.
-The holding of events is forbidden.
-Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is until 10:00.
-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
-There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
