The holiday home Charming House with Private Garden is located in Prien am Chiemsee and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The accommodation is spread over two floors and features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, offering space for up to four people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home offers a private garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue area.



In the surrounding area, you will find numerous excursion options, including Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, Munich, the old town of Rosenheim, Kufstein, the riding stable and restaurant Gut Ising, the Chiemgau thermal baths, as well as various hiking and cycling trails. Parking is available on the property, and additional free parking can be found on the street.



Families with children are warmly welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Please note that the TV is not permanently installed and the TV table remains movable. The TV is connected to the Wi-Fi, so you can use streaming services with your own account.
