Located in the middle of the picturesque town center, our apartments have high-quality furnishings and all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Parking spaces are available directly in our inner courtyard for a fee. In the immediate vicinity you will find all services for your perfect vacation (traditional restaurants, bakeries; breakfast service, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, grocery store; beverage market, pharmacy). Pottenstein is one of the most picturesque and famous places in Franconian Switzerland. The town is known for its breathtaking rocky landscape, its historical sights and its numerous leisure activities. One of the most impressive sights is Pottenstein Castle, which towers on a rock above the town. The castle dates back to the 11th century and offers a magnificent view of the town and the countryside. Visitors can tour the castle and learn about its fascinating history. Pottenstein also offers breathtaking scenery with numerous hiking and cycling trails. The Püttlach and Klumpertal valleys and the Pottensteiner Höhenweg trail with its striking observation tower, the Himmelsleiter, are particularly popular. The town and its villages are also known for their culinary delights and traditions. Original Pottenstein beer is still brewed in several breweries, various country inns offer regional specialties and you can get to know Franconian culture up close at numerous festivals. The most impressive takes place every year on the evening of January 6, when countless mountain bonfires are lit on the mountain slopes around Pottenstein at the end of the two-day Eternal Adoration.
