This characterful house offers a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 extra toilets, accommodating up to 12 guests. You will enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and sports equipment (access restricted to adults, used at your own risk).



Outside, relax in your private garden and on the open-air terrace. There is an on-site restaurant. A play area is nearby (not part of the property, with set opening hours). The property is just 200 m from a supermarket, pharmacy, and tearoom. The gîte is also a great base for hiking, cycling, or climbing (200 routes within 20 minutes). A ski resort is only 30 minutes away.



For groups up to 6: bedroom 1 (4 single beds or 1 double and 2 singles) and bedroom 2 (double or 2 singles) are available. For 7–11 guests: bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 (3 singles and a double) are available. For 12–13 guests: all 4 bedrooms, including bedroom 4 (double bed), are available.
