Located in Villasimius, the holiday home I Girasoli with step-free interiors offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 55 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, two LED lamps with integrated fans, and a fan. The house boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a balcony.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June 15 to September 15) and a garden. The holiday home is just a short drive from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy, ATMs, and the area’s best beaches.



Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.



The residence provides the first set of bed linen and towels; extra changes are available for an additional fee. Beach towels can be provided for an additional fee. A free weekly coin-operated laundry service is available; extra services are offered for an additional fee.



The property follows waste separation guidelines; further information is available on site. Failure to comply may result in the deposit being withheld. Upon arrival, the security deposit and tourist tax must be paid in cash.
