The holiday apartment in the Halberbracht district is the ideal starting point for hikers, mountain bikers, and nature lovers thanks to its direct location at the ski lift and forest edge. Many hiking trails lead directly from your doorstep into nature. After an active day, you can end the evening in the ski lodge opposite with a delicious stone oven pizza. In winter, numerous cross-country ski trails and the adjacent ski lift with toboggan run (only 50 m from the apartment) invite you to enjoy winter sports. Mountain bikers will also find varied routes in the surrounding forests.



The apartment on the first floor is about 110 m² and accommodates up to seven people. It features a combined living and dining area with pellet stove and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, three bedrooms each with smart TV, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a covered balcony facing southeast. A garden with barbecue facilities and a lawn with play opportunities in front of the house are also available. Wi-Fi and a parking space in front of the house are provided free of charge. A washing machine can be used upon request. A garage parking space is available upon request for a fee. Storage for bicycles, motorbikes, and skis is provided. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are included. For children, a high chair, travel cot, and toys are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is only permitted on the balcony.



The area offers numerous excursion options, including the well-known Karl May Festival in Elspe (approx. 5 km), amusement parks such as Panorama Park (approx. 19 km) or Fort Fun (approx. 45 km), the Biggesee with Skywalk (approx. 20 km), the Atta Cave (approx. 20 km), the Galileo Park (approx. 2.5 km), as well as various outdoor, indoor, and adventure pools.
