It's a completely renovated 1920s waterfront house, very comfortable and bright, with a beautiful panoramic view.



From every room you can see the sea, dotted with rocky islets. 2 of the 3 bedrooms each have a balcony overlooking the sea.



From the house, the Méloine promenade leads directly to the white sandy beach, which is supervised in July and August. This gîte is located between Roscoff and Peros-Guirec (pink granite coast), at the entrance to Morlaix Bay.



A wild and exceptionally diverse site. On either side of the beach, you'll find rocky areas for pleasant fishing on foot. The Pointe de Primel, surrounded by the sea, offers an ever-changing range of walks.



Long-distance walkers can take the GR34, which passes in front of the house, either towards Locquirec or the Bay of Morlaix. Everything you need for a great family vacation!



The living room features a designer fireplace for winter evenings, and a large dining table to bring the whole family together. There's also a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a toilet.



Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms with bookshelves and balconies with beautiful sea views, each with 1 king-size double bed (160x200), a bedroom with 2 large single beds (80x200) that can be joined together, a small bookshelf, a bathroom and a toilet.



Outside, you'll enjoy a garden and two wooden terraces where you can either enjoy the sea view or sunbathe on the south-facing terrace at the rear.
