Private vacation home

Located in Marseille, our house "Villa Granier" is a two-level home with an area of 90 m². It consists of a living room, a closed kitchen, three bedrooms (one on the ground floor), a bathroom, and two additional toilets. The house can accommodate five people. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work. For children under two years old, a high chair and a crib are also available. The house does not have air conditioning, but mobile fans are provided. You will enjoy a private and enclosed outdoor space with two open terraces. The Plage du Prophète beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the Silvain theater, the marégraphe, Valmer park, the Anse de la Fausse Monnaie, shops, and a night bus stop are only a 10-minute walk away. A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is possible. Families with children are welcome. One pet may be allowed on request, provided you clean up after it. You must respect quiet hours after 10 p.m. Please note that there is no safety rail on the stairs. The host will personally welcome you, hand over the keys, and show you around the house. Smoking indoors or organizing events without prior authorization is prohibited. Waste sorting guidelines and brochures for local visits are available on site. You are asked to act responsibly regarding energy consumption.
