You will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a well-equipped private kitchen. The property features air conditioning in the living room, private WiFi, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. From the house, you can enjoy fantastic mountain views, see the beach in the distance, and witness spectacular sunsets.



Step outside to your private garden and uncovered terrace where you can unwind while taking in the scenic countryside surroundings. The property includes a private outdoor pool and a private grill, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.



Up to 2 pets are welcome to join your stay. A baby bed and high chair are available on request, and childcare services can be arranged for an extra fee. Please note that smoking, parties, and events are not permitted. A security camera and alarm system are located inside the property and operate only when the house is empty. Due to the rural countryside location, mobile signal may be unstable, though WiFi is provided for your connectivity needs.
