Apartment full of light with sea views for 6 pax Apartment Piedra del Mar is a luminous apartment with two balconies and beautiful sea views. It is located on the second floor (no elevator) of an apartment building in the sought-after residential area of Conil Atalaya. The living room has a large sofa and a dining table. It is air conditioned and has an internet enabled TV so you can also watch Netflix etc. The internet connection comes via optical fiber and is reliable and fast. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine. Behind the kitchen is the second balcony overlooking the patio with a pretty palm tree. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x200 cm), air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a small double bed (140 x 200 cm) and the third bedroom has two single beds. Both Bedrooms have transportable fans. There are two shower rooms. The flat has an underground parking space approx 150m down the road.
The lovely Fontanilla beach can be reached by a short stroll through the Atalaya Park where you may want to stop for a coffee, tapa or sun downer at the fabulous bar overlooking the endless sandy beach and ocean. The town centre can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
