The fireplace in the living area creates a cozy atmosphere and provides the warmth needed after a long descent to end the day comfortably.

If you have little or no experience on skis, we recommend the Wintersportschule Hochkrimml in the Filzstein district. You can rent the perfect equipment for this directly next to our office at Intersport Patterer.

This place is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the quiet surroundings, you are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
