The former rectory is located directly opposite the "Notre Dame du Verger" chapel, above the "Plage du Verger". The beautiful sandy beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away.



It consists of two halves: "Maison Mer" and "Maison Chapelle du Verger". Maison Mer was renovated in 2023 and has 3 bedrooms (the 3rd bedroom is not closed by a door). It has a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower. On the first floor there is an open kitchen with a sitting area and a large fireplace, which is complemented by another living and dining area. There are impressive views of Le Verger beach and the small lake
