Room with a private balcony and pool view. It can be arranged with either a double bed or two single beds, and an additional single bed can be installed if the reservation is for three people. The room is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, including two complimentary coffee capsules and a bottle of water.

The property offers access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool (open from 10:00 to 20:00), garden, children's pool, covered terrace, barbecue facilities, and outdoor shower. It is located near supermarkets, restaurants, public pools, and the municipal market. The Azibo Dam and Podence, known for the Careto tradition, are a short drive away. There are four parking spaces on the property and additional free parking on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Homemade and locally grown products are available. Breakfast buffet is included (from 08:00 to 10:00). Bus transfer service is available upon prior reservation and for an additional fee.
