Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, TV, dedicated workspace, barbecue, high chair, 2 baby cots, and breakfast available for an extra charge.



Outside, enjoy the private garden, covered terrace, open terrace, and 4 balconies—all with beautiful mountain views. Relax in the exclusive heated pool or let children have fun in the shared kids’ pool. There is also an outdoor shower.



Parking is easy, with 4 shared spaces on site and more options on the street. You may bring up to 2 pets. Shared storage is available for bicycles. Beach towels are provided. Families will appreciate the shared children’s toys and books, as well as the shared pool table. Events are not permitted on the property.



For groups larger than 10, extra accommodation is available in an annex with a sofa bed, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The hosts live on the property but are separated from the main house, ensuring guest privacy.
