Located on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday apartment impresses with its spaciousness, a fantastic sea view (Baltic Sea/Schlei) and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace.



The living/dining area of the holiday apartment is flooded with light and has floor-to-ceiling panoramic window frontsWater as far as the eye can see. Fantastic views open up from the wooden terrace directly adjacent to the dining area, overlooking the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Harbour cinema and all-day sunshine are guaranteed and ensure that there is never a dull moment.



Wellness lovers will also get their money's worth: The private infrared sauna (heat cabin) with LED colour light therapy and a whirlpool bathtub invite you to relax after a walk on the beach.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking - the well-equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area for a romantic evening by the fire, and not just on cold Nordic days. There are toys for indoor entertainment and free Netflix access. Underfloor heating ensures cosy comfort throughout the holiday apartment.



The master bedroom has a great view of the sailing and sports boat harbour at OstseeResort Olpenitz and a cosy double bed. An additional TV provides entertainment here. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together and a fascinating view of the Schlei. This bedroom is also equipped with a TV.

Two further sleeping places are available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.



This holiday accommodation is a maisonette flat on the first and second floors. A private car parking space is located directly in front of the house. A charging station for electric cars is also available there. There is a power connection in the lockable bicycle shed, which can be used to charge e-bikes, for example.



Our favourite spot: Enjoy your free time with an exciting book on the sun terrace and watch the maritime hustle and bustle in the sailing and sports boat harbour.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
