The white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz is just a few hundred metres away. Sailing ships sail in through the harbour entrance in front of the windows, creating a holiday feeling.
Spend your holiday above it all. The highlight of this holiday apartment is the water terrace adjoining the living area with all-day dream views and sunshine, which leads to the roof terrace via a terrace running around the side. With a 360° water view over the marina, the OstseeResort and the Baltic Sea, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure cosy comfort throughout the apartment at any time of year. A Finnish sauna offers moments of wellness after a long walk on the beach.
The unique architecture with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows creates an unforgettable holiday experience, as the water is close enough to touch. The organic construction with lime plaster ensures a pleasant indoor climate, while natural stone floors made of light-coloured Italian travertine literally ground you. Furnished to a high standard, this holiday apartment boasts a unique design with souvenirs from all over the world. Each room also has a different natural wall colour. The mirrored windows create maximum privacy.
Two bedrooms offer space for four adults to sleep and dream. The master bedroom has a marvellous view of the water through a maritime porthole.
The open-plan eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, as it is fully equipped for preparing delicious holiday meals.
The natural stone shower room with Brazilian slate has a Finnish sauna and washbasins handcrafted from river stone. A guest WC provides additional comfort.
A private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There are 6 shared bicycle stands in front of the holiday apartment.
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in this holiday property.
This holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor with a very large roof terrace.
