The MULLEWAPP holiday apartment for 4 people not only impresses with its comfortable and cosy country house-style furnishings, but above all with its unique location. No matter where you look, there is water everywhere: the view to the front is of the large sailing and sports boat harbour, where there is always something going on in good weather. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the Schlei from the cosy dining lounge furniture on the 30 m² balcony. Whether you're enjoying a cosy barbecue or a romantic candlelit dinner, a fantastic view and pure relaxation are guaranteed. When the weather is fine, the south-west-facing position means there is plenty of sunshine. The fine sandy private beach is just 300 metres away.



The individually furnished and light-flooded holiday apartment is located on one level on the first floor of a beach villa and is easily accessible for everyone via a lift. The spacious living/dining area is always inviting for cosy hours. Should the weather not show its sunny side, the underfloor heating in all rooms and the wood-burning stove ensure a cosy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen, which is integrated into the living/dining area, leaves nothing to be desired. The super-fast WLAN is available in all rooms.

The bathroom is a particular highlight: not only does it have a very large, floor-to-ceiling rain shower, but also a Finnish log sauna that can accommodate up to four people. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a cosy double bed, a wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Two private car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. There is also a bicycle shed exclusively belonging to the apartment with a handcart and beach equipment for the children. Here you can safely and conveniently store the bikes you have brought with you.



Our favourite spot: enjoy the hustle and bustle of the harbour or the sunset over the Schlei on the large balcony with a barbecue.



Please note that the barbecue is a gas barbecue. Gas cartridges are not included in the price.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
