Guests also have access to a covered summer kitchen with a fireplace and a tavern in the basement of the house.The house spans three floors, with a total area of 245 m². On the elevated ground floor, there is a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a laundry room. On the upper floor (high attic), there are four comfortable double bedrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom, two rooms have double beds, and one room has two single beds. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Istria is a region known for its rich history, culture, and natural beauty.
