This holiday property is situated in an exceptional location on a narrow headland between the protected landscape of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The all-round waterfront location, the unobstructed view of the Schlei, two terraces and a private wellness area characterise this holiday property.



The highlight of this exclusive holiday home is the gallery with adjoining roof terrace on the second floor, where you can really soak up the fantastic views over the Schlei and the marina. Wellness lovers will feel right at home, as the Finnish sauna with a view of the water and whirlpool tub next door invite you to relax.



The holiday home extends over three levels. The living/dining area on the ground floor of the holiday home is flooded with light. A large window front provides a view across the adjoining terrace to the idyllic banks of the Schlei and the Schlei as far as the eye can see. What happens outside the door is a true spectacle of nature: the Baltic Sea breeze gently rocks the reeds on the shore back and forth, while ducks and wild geese cheerfully start the day. Sailing ships on the horizon provide the perfect panorama over a coffee on the terrace. Whether enjoying a convivial barbecue or relaxing with a book, the breathtaking scenery directly in front of the house makes holiday hearts beat faster.



The living/dining area is very cosy: on the comfortable seating area or at the large dining table, the crackling open fire and the underfloor heating throughout the property ensure cosiness at any time of year.



The kitchen is fully equipped and offers complete holiday comfort.



The relaxation area is located on the first floor, where two bedrooms offer plenty of space to recharge your batteries. In the master bedroom with a direct view of the Schlei, you can wake up and fall asleep against a dream backdrop. Two comfortable armchairs are located in the studio on the second floor.



Also on this level is a full bathroom with shower and relaxing whirlpool bath for a private wellness programme. A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



Two car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.



Bicycles can be stored in your own bicycle shed right outside the front door.



Our favourite spot: wake up well rested in the master bedroom and watch the wild geese wake up against a spectacular water backdrop. Holiday!

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
