The living/dining area of the holiday property is flooded with light on the first level with large panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides.



The terrace adjoining the living area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner at sunset. The kitchen-cum-living room is superbly equipped and offers full holiday comfort. Breakfast can be enjoyed together at the large dining table and in the beautiful morning sunshine on the 24 m2 terrace.



Holidays are also guaranteed in the darker months of the year, as the entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating and, in addition to a warming wood-burning stove, also has a private wellness area. Here you will find an infrared cabin for two people, hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large corner whirlpool tub with a view of the water - pure relaxation. The Telekom Home Entertainment programme provides entertainment in the Nordic weather.



Counting stars to fall asleep, no, that's not a dream. A window above the bed provides a direct view of the sky and makes falling asleep and waking up an unforgettable holiday experience. The master bedroom also has a unique view of the water.



The bathrooms on each floor offer extra comfort (bath with whirlpool and shower on the top floor and a shower room on the first floor).



The La Maisonette holiday apartment is a maisonette on the first and second floors. A private car parking space with electric car charging station and a private bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: the two outdoor areas. Go terrace hopping and make the most of the Baltic Sea breeze and the harbour cinema, depending on the position of the sun.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
