Accommodation description:
This beautiful group house is situated in the district of Huben in a quiet location and not far from the ski bus, which takes you to the fantastic ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl. You have six bedrooms, some with double beds and some with bunk beds; in the two bathrooms, there are four showers. The two bedrooms in the basement have windows with light shafts. A Swedish stove warms you in the large lounge. A barbecue including charcoal is available
Whether you want to take a leisurely hike with the whole family or go on high alpine tours, the Ötztal offers hundreds of options with 12 summer mountain lifts, over 100 huts, and mountain pastures. There are guided hiking programs or a mountain guide to help you conquer one of the three-thousand-meter peaks.
Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl offer guaranteed snow for all skiing activities from autumn to spring
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
