This 95 m² village house is well-equipped and comfortable, featuring a spacious 40 m² living room and accommodating 10 to 11 guests. Located at 1,200 m altitude in a peaceful, authentic hamlet, it offers a relaxing setting.



In winter, you are just 4 km (5 minutes) from the ski lifts of the largest ski resort in the Alps, "Les 3 Vallées" (Saint Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Méribel, Courchevel), with 660 km of slopes. Access is via a well-maintained road. In Saint Martin de Belleville, you will find a ski school, nursery, and childcare for children. The Saint Martin ski area is directly linked to Méribel and Les Menuires.



In summer, you are surrounded by forests, alpine meadows, and streams. Many hikes and sports activities are available in Saint Martin-Les Menuires: tennis, swimming pool, golf practice, horse riding, archery, climbing, via ferrata, and a kids' club.



A concierge service is available: beds are made on arrival, and towels and bath mats are provided for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning is also available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are optional; please contact your host in advance to confirm your request.
