Villa

The exclusive villa offers 300 m² of living space, a high-quality kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, and two spacious living rooms, one of which features a fireplace and access to the garden. Outside, you have a sauna, a garden shower, a heated outdoor whirlpool (seasonally available from May 1 to October 1), a gas grill, an outdoor fireplace, and a terrace at your disposal. A carport is located directly at the house. Inside, natural stone and real wood parquet floors create an elegant atmosphere. For entertainment, TVs with streaming options and satellite TV are available. The villa has excellent connections to Hamburg city center.



Surroundings:

A hospital, several doctors’ offices, and various supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Cafés, restaurants, and other shopping opportunities are within walking distance or can be reached in a few minutes by car. Public transport is right outside the door and offers quick connections in all directions—ideal for trips to the surrounding area or the city center.



After booking, please fill out the contact form sent to you and provide your address. This helps the host to prepare your stay optimally. Please respect the quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:30 and after 21:00. Loud music in the garden is not permitted.



Important note regarding additional costs:

Electricity and water consumption are billed separately and are not included in the rental price. Billing is based on actual usage. The relevant meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out.



Tourist tax:

The local tourist tax is charged separately and is not included in the accommodation price. The amount depends on the season and is payable on site.
