Finca Zorrilla is a beautiful property in the rural area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and at only about 4 kilometres from Pollensa's old town. The centre of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful on the island. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cycists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Die Finca Zorrilla is a grand holiday home in a traditional style with ceiling beams, terracotta floors and classic furnishing. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area with satellite television and a cosy wood-burning stove. Next to it is the fully fitted kitchen, which has access to the covered terrace, a pantry room and a utility room. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor with adjacent bathroom and a guest toilet.

The first floor features a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, sharing one bathroom.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning units running on a timer (in line with local energy saving initiatives, all units are running from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM. These times cannot be extended and/or changed.) In addition, there are standing fans.

Outside, finca Zorrilla features very nice and well maintained gardens and fantastic views of the countryside. The garden offers lawns, fruit orchards, olive and palm trees. The pool is surrounded by large sun terraces. Finally the villa has a small summer kitchen with a brick-built BBQ and worktop and a nice covered terrace overlooking the pool.


Children area welcome, a cot and a high chair are available on request.
No pets please.
Pool towels are provided for free.

Minimum stay is one week. Arrival and departure only on Saturdays.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
