Located in Stadum, Ferienhaus Magda offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 84 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three interconnected bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to six people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), three TVs, a washing machine, a dryer, a foosball table, a dartboard, a game console, as well as children's books and toys. A table tennis table is also available. A baby cot and a high chair are provided. The private outdoor area features a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue. The property is fully fenced.



The detached holiday home is situated on a spacious plot in a quiet residential area on the edge of the village, close to a heated outdoor pool, a golf club, and the Langenberger Forest with a falconry and a deer enclosure. In the village you will find a grocer, a petrol station, and public transport. The accommodation has a large carport and four parking spaces for vehicles. Families with children are very welcome. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a fee. Parties are not permitted and smoking is only allowed outside. Three bicycles are available free of charge. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. The accommodation uses energy-saving lighting.
