There is one large bathroom with a double sink and a washing machine, plus an additional guest toilet. The house has a total of 3 air conditioning units.The outdoor area offers a large plot with a 32 m² pool, four loungers, and a parasol. There is a covered outdoor dining area where you can barbecue with family and friends. Two bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings, and for children, there is a swing and a slide.
