We offer a charming house of 70m² that can accommodate up to 5 people. This house features a private pool, a garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing outdoor moments. Bed linen and towels are included for your comfort.



For families, we provide baby or child equipment upon request. Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Agnant, this small, newly refurbished annex welcomes you all year round. You will enjoy its enclosed and wooded park, the pool, and the tranquility of the place. Please note that pets are allowed but only small ones and on request.



Saint-Agnant is a peaceful village, ideally located for exploring the wonders of the Charente-Maritime region. Nearby, the historic town of Rochefort, famous for the Hermione and its royal rope factory, offers a fascinating dive into French maritime history.



Nature and beach lovers can easily reach the islands of Oléron, Ré, Madame, and Aix, all accessible in a short time and perfect for a day trip. Whether you are interested in history, nature, or simply seeking tranquility, Saint-Agnant and its surroundings will charm you.

The owner lives on site but gives the tenants private access to the pool.
