Please note: the apartment features very steep stairs and an exposed terrace, making it unsuitable for families with children under 10 years old.



The 50 sqm apartment includes a spacious double bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed and beautiful views over the rooftops and the sea, a large bathroom, and a kitchenette. An internal staircase from the living room leads to the terrace with sea view.



The property accommodates up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning with heat pump in the living room, and a washing machine.



To reach the apartment on foot, you will need to walk uphill with some steps for about 300 meters from the entrance of the pine grove. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible via steep stairs typical of historic center homes.



The old town is pedestrian-only. You can park in free parking areas or in paid parking lots about 300-700 meters away. Airport or train station shuttle service can be arranged for an extra fee.
