Not only the location but also the interior of the apartment is convincing. The living area, furnished with lots of wood, features a very cozy seating and sofa area that invites you to do much more than just sit and eat.
The apartment in a multi-family house offers a total of two bedrooms, providing enough space for families with children or smaller groups.

In just a few steps, you can reach the Duxeralmbahn, which takes you directly to the 143 kilometers of slopes in the Zillertal Arena.
If you have little or no experience on skis, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school in the Filzstein district. You can rent the perfect equipment for this right next to our office at Intersport Patterer.

In summer, Hochkrimml offers families, active holidaymakers, and those seeking peace and quiet a variety of opportunities. Hikes through untouched nature bring peace and relaxation.

This place is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the quiet environment, Hochkrimml is the place to be during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
