The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the double-block house No.25 on the Duxeralm in Hochkrimml at 1650m.
Quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly in the ski area (Zillertal Arena, about 300 meters to the lift), cross-country ski trail directly below the property.
One bedroom for 2 persons, pull-out bed for 2 persons in the living area.
Fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric hotplates, small oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and necessary dishes.
Bathroom with shower, night storage heating, TV with satellite connection, WLAN.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. Excellent tours on mountain passes can also be mastered with a racing bike.
Those who appreciate the quiet surroundings are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. Adrenaline junkies should take their time to enjoy activities in the vicinity such as Mega Flying Fox, Mega Swing, white water tubing, or the high ropes course to the fullest.
