Vantačići. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, can be heated, 5 m x 3 m, 1.4 m deep). Pool is heated until 15/06 and from 15/09.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 350 m, town centre 3 km. Pharmacy, bank each 3 km in Malinska. Airport in Omišalj 15 km. Main road 150 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 150 m in Vantačić (beach 150 m in Vantačić with stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Horse riding in Njivice 9 km. Dog beach in Porat 1.8 km.

Kitchen (10 sqm, walkthrough room) with electric cooker (induction hob, 4 rings), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (10 sqm, not heated) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom (10 sqm, not heated) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
