The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard.

Gajana. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the property.
