The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa just a few minutes' walk from the castle and old town. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the sunny garden, the high ceilings with stucco and the large bathroom with spa bath. Thanks to the central location, it is easy to spontaneously take advantage of the many entertainment options in Kulmbach's old town on foot or to set off directly on hikes and bike tours.

There is a hiking trail through the forest behind the house that leads directly to Plassenburg Castle. This also takes you directly to the Main hiking trail, which leads from the source of the Main on the Ochsenkopf in the Fichtelgebirge to the mouth of the Main in Mainz. The accommodation is therefore also an ideal stopover for longer hiking and cycling tours. Bikes can be stored in the garden shed.
