Welcome to this beautiful apartment with a shared pool in Sant Joan d'Alacant. It can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Outside the apartment, you will find a refreshing chlorine pool of 7mx5m and a depth of 0.90 to 2 meters. There is also a pool for the little ones of 3mx5m. There is a lawn area where you can sunbathe or cool off in the outdoor shower. Please note that privacy is partial.

At the entrance to the flat you will find a terrace with two tables and chairs where you can eat with your companions while enjoying the tranquillity of the area. Inside the apartment there is a simple and cosy style. The air-conditioned living-dining room with TV is open to the gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the flat there are 3 bedrooms: the first one with two single beds and wardrobe, the second one with a double bed and direct access to a small terrace equipped with a table and four chairs. The last bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

- The swimming pool is open from 10 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm.
