Upon entering, you'll find the living-dining room equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The separate kitchen has been recently renovated, is and equipped with a ceramic hob. A bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find the 3 bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the second one has 2 single beds and air conditioning; and the last one also has twin beds and a ceiling fan. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Finally, you have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a crib and high chair if you're traveling with your baby.
The townhouse is located on a quiet private street - where you can park 1 vehicle - next to the Chipiona Lighthouse.
