Nice flat located in Son Parc, near Es Mercadal. It has a shared swimming pool and capacity for 4 people.

The outside of the apartment complex will transmit to you the authentic Menorcan essence. Strolling through its beautiful gardens you will come to a shared chlorine swimming pool with a children's area. It measures 20x10m and its depth varies between 0.5m and 2m. Once in the flat, you will be able to enjoy a terrace where you can relax in the sun or have something to eat with your family and friends. Due to its location in a building, the flat has direct neighbours.

The interior of the flat is designed for your comfort and relaxation. The living-dining area features air conditioning and a TV, and is seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing tasty meals. The house also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For restful sleep, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. Please note that a cot and highchair are not provided.

The flat is located in a really privileged enclave since many points of interest are close by. Thus, the magical villages of Es Mercadal and Fornells, which preserve all the Minorcan essence, are only a few kilometres away. Both are perfect for wandering among their whitewashed buildings and enjoying the best restaurants where you can enjoy typical dishes of the island's gastronomy. If you would like to learn a little more about Menorcan culture, you can visit the Talayotic settlement of Sa Torreta or visit the El Toro viewpoint, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Menorca. Finally, we recommend a visit to the Macar de Sa Llosa Natural Park, which offers an incomparable maritime setting where you can enjoy the Mediterranean in all its splendour.
