You will be able to cool down in the beautiful salt pool, which is 5 x 2.5 meters and has a depth of 1.40 meters. After the bath, enjoy the Majorcan sun on one of the sunbeds or protect yourself from the sun under the parasol. Part of the garden features artificial grass, and there are several fruit trees, like orange, lemon, and fig trees. You can have lunch or dinner under the marvelous furnished porch with a capacity for 8 guests, where you will be able to taste amazing barbecued meats and vegetables. There is a second porch where disconnect and relax, reading a book, staring at the starry sky, or simply cooking at the barbecue area in the company. One of the porches is sunny, while the other offers shade during the whole day. The property is fenced, there are direct neighbors, and privacy is total.










The 200 m2 accommodation has a single story and a current and luminous style, which is very comfortable. The luminous living room has exits to both porches. It comes with a comfortable chaise longue on which to watch the TV Sat while refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining table has a capacity of 8 people. The kitchen is also quite ample; it has a gas stove, and it is fully equipped. It also has a dining table for breakfast or cooking with the company. It also has access to one of the porches. You can rest in one of the three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, and the 3rd one has two single beds. The three of them are air-conditioned. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a second bathroom with a shower to service the rest of the house. A cot and a high chair are available for a baby. There is also a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

Sa Rápita is located in a singularly beautiful coastal spot since you will find the marvellous beaches of Es Tren, ses Covetes, and Sa Rápita very near. You will find all basic services, as well as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in Sa Rápita, and it is very well-connected with Palma and its airport. You can visit Ses Salines d'Es Trenc or Botanicactus. Or you can make a boat excursion to the Cabrera archipelago, an hour's sail from the island.

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00.Pets are not permitted.Events are not allowed.The deposit amount must be paid to the owner upon arrival.Youth groups and parties are not permitted.The damage deposit, required per accommodation, is refundable after a property inspection upon departure.
