The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings.

The apartment features a private pontoon with the possibility of swimming.

The property is located 4 minutes by car or a 26-minute walk from South Beach and offers a view of the port. The marina faces west, providing an ideal setting for enjoying the sunset.
