Apartment

The house is located in a cul-de-sac, through traffic is a foreign word. The apartment occupies the entire 1st floor.

There may be additional charges for pets.

The spacious apartment is south-facing with living room and kitchen. In the spacious double room, a sofa bed offers space for one more person. The sofa bed in the living room can be used by 2 more people.

The corner balcony faces south-east and south-west.

We heat with renewable energy: pellets in the living room and a wood-burning stove in the kitchen. Both provide a pleasant atmosphere in winter. We generate our electricity with the help of the photovoltaic system and the solar system provides hot water.

The car can be parked in the carport or on a parking space on the property. Bicycles can also be stored in the house.

The washing machine in the bathroom is free of charge and a dryer can also be used if required.

The price also includes the use of 1 men's and 1 women's mountain bike.
